A public interest notice about fraudulent activities

This is to inform the public that certain fraudulent entities are misusing the name, logo, trademarks, copyrights, including website content of Volcafe Ltd (Volcafe), posing as its representatives and attempting to mislead the public through fraudulent multi-level marketing schemes and investment scams, through various platforms and websites. Such activities are being undertaken with the intent to defraud unsuspecting individuals of their money.

On 14 August 2025, the Hon’ble Commercial Court, Bengaluru, in the matter Volcafe Ltd v. Registrant of vccoffeein.com & Ors. (Com.O.S./0001122/2025), granted interim reliefs to protect the public against such impersonation by issuing a temporary injunction restraining the infringing parties (including unknown persons) from impersonating Volcafe, or registering/operating any new domains, websites, or social media handles deceptively similar Volcafe’s brand.

Volcafe is a leading global coffee trader and supplier. Volcafe does not sell or supply coffee directly to consumers. Any entities claiming otherwise are fraudulent. Volcafe has no association with the operators of fraudulent websites like <vccoffeein.com>, <vccoffeein.work>, <vccoffeein.shop>, <vcishop.com> and any related email addresses or phone numbers. Any such correspondence, approvals, or solicitations using the name or logo of Volcafe (or variations such as ‘VCCOFFEEIN’ or ‘VCI’) are unauthorised and invalid.

We strongly caution the public not to share personal information, make payments, or participate in transactions with such fraudulent entities. Any such transactions shall be at your own risk, and Volcafe disclaims responsibility for any resulting losses.
