Pozo Azul, S.H.G Grown on the high
slopes surrounding the breathtaking Lake “Yohoa”, at Santa
Barbara, this superb coffee is nourished by year round timely rains,
which will give us an extraordinary cup characteristic with fairly good
acidity, body and flavour. |

Marcala,
S.H.G
Marcala, already a well-known
coffee region, produces a well-balanced sun-dried coffee. With productionareas
as high as 1'500 mts starting from 1'200 mts. Marcala, which means "Place
of prisons" used to commercialise the coffee through El Salvador.
This changed in the 60 ties due to conflicts between El Salvador and
Honduras, where the border was immediately closed. The Coffee has a
pleasant bluish appearance, excellent acidity and a nice body to round
up. Flowering takes place in April/May, and harvesting starts end of
December all through beginning April. |
