	Farallones FARALLONES is a specially selected coffee from a small valley in the “Antioquia” province, out of a very small production. It has a clean cup with good body and acidity.

	San Sebastian Supremo SAN SEBASTIAN SUPREMO is a very rare and well-prepared coffee from the “Cauca” valley, with an incredible history of culture and tradition. It has a very large bean size, excellent body and a fairly good acidity, combined with a clean cup.

	La Abuela LA ABUELA, one of the traditional specialty coffees prepared by CARCAFE, comes from the “Cauca” Valley, surrounded by two high mountain ranges. This coffee goes through a very careful selection process, and always has a fresh and clean cup with fairly good body and acidity.

	Reserva RESERVA is CARCAFE’s top specialty coffee brand. It comes from the “Nariño” area and is being specially milled and prepared in our own mill in “Pasto”. This coffee has a great cup, very good body and a very exquisite acidity.
